Ordering Information

All online ordering is processed securely and swiftly through PayPal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards as well as e-check payments.

Shipping Information

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery within the UK, and up to 4 weeks for delivery to international destinations. Where stated, buyers will receive an email notification with a delivery tracking number from the Royal Mail. International shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty and custom fees.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on the webstore, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel and refund your order.

Product Dimensions

Product dimensions indicated on the webstore are approximate to allow for variation between each item. We will not be held liable for any action taken based on the dimensions provided on the webstore. We recommend that framing be conducted only after the items are in the buyer's possession so that precise measurements can be made.

Return/Damage Policy

In case of damaged goods, we require that customers notify jaytaylor@scribblejay.co.uk of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis, and the item may be replaced. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and the printed receipts. Once the item is received by Jay Taylor Illustration, the return shipping will be refunded to the buyer.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear in the webstore. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
